Appointment Scheduling
We highly recommend you schedule your future a one ppointments before leaving the salon. This will ensure th?e best time to fit your schedule. We will ask for a major credit card number when scheduling multiple spa services.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. No show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the service. This policy is in consideration of our stylists time as well as our other clients.
Cell Phones
Please turn your cell phones off when in the salon and spa. We wish to provide the most relaxing atmosphere possible.
Children
For the safety of your children, they are not permitted in the salon or spa areas unless they are receiving a service. We do have a waiting room with a television and toys.
Guest Services
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Mac cards. A $20 service charge will be issued for any returned checks. If at any time you are unhappy with a service please let the front desk receptionist aware. If you are not satisfied with a retail product we will replace it with something else or give you credit towards a future service.
Gift Certificate
The perfect gift for every occassion! For your convience phone orders are accepted. We will mail your gift certificate or hold it at the salon.
